Frequent Asked Questions

How long will it take to ship my order?
- Stock items: 1-3 business days
- Assembled items: 3-5 business days.
- Custom Shop & Special Orders: 1-2 weeks.

Orders ship all at once. An order that has a mix of both stock and non-stock items will ship together at the later timeframe. If you need your order by a specific deadline, please contact us by email and we can try to accommodate.


What is the shipping transit time?
Shipping transit times & costs are selected at checkout. Most orders will ship from our office in Southern California.

Will you accept checks from our PTA account?
YES! -- Enter in all items for your order and also enter in the correct shipping address. When you get the final screen to enter in a payment, click the bottom button to PAY BY CHECK. An invoice will be generated and you will be given the information on where to send your check.

How do I pay with a Gift Certificate?
YES- Place your order as normal and during the checkout process there will be a place for you to enter your gift certificate code. Once you have entered that proper code, your total amount will be reduced by the gift certificate credit amount and you can check out as normal.

What is your return policy?
You can return any stock or non-custom item for a refund within 30 days from purchase provided the returned item is new condition and/or not been used, worn or laundered. If you require a return, please email our office at CustomerService@ShopPTA.com and request a Return Authorization Number before shipping your product back.
