Order Delivery Timeframe - When will I get my order?
Delivery Time = Order Production & Fulfillment + Shipping Transit
The delivery timeframe depends on both the item type and where you are located. You must add up two time factors... 1. order production & fulfillment time and also 2. shipping transit time.
1. Order Production & Fulfillment:
- Stock items: 1-3 business days
- Assembled items: 3-5 business days
- Custom Shop & Special Orders: 1-2 weeks
2. Shipping transit time

Orders ship all at the same time. If an order that has a mix of both stock and non-stock items, all items will ship together at the later timeframe. If you need your order by a specific deadline, please contact us by email and we can try to accommodate when possible.
Some awards and items do allow for a flat fee RUSH CHARGE of $15.00, where our fulfillment staff will expedite the order processing and fulfillment and ship items in 1-2 business days. (Shipping time not included) Please see the individual product description if a rush is available.
